Frequently Asked Questions

  • We apply all products according to label directions. For most treatments just having people or pets leave the immediate area is sufficient. In the case where it is necessary for children and pets to leave for extended periods we will always notify you in advance and give a time frame that they can return.

  • We do ask that you be present for initial services. Routine treatments can be exterior only unless there is a need for interior treatment.

  • It is always our goal to solve your pest problem as quickly as possible. After a thorough inspection and evaluation we will set expectations and give you an estimated timeframe for completion.

  • Most routine services will not put a strain the family budget. Larger jobs can cost more, but we do offer a payment plan.
